For projects, plans and people that are making places better.
The Placemaking Awards will recognize and publicise outstanding work by individuals and organisations that are making places better. They will reward excellence in planning, regeneration, economic development, urban design, sustainable development and community development.
Like the Regeneration & Renewal Awards, which they incorporate, they will reward outstanding delivery. But they will also highlight the first rate planning work that the judges believe will improve the physical or environmental quality of places or the economic or social well-being of communities.
Entries are open to individuals and organisations working anywhere in the United Kingdom
Winning schemes will be announced at London awards ceremony in November and highlighted in reports in both Planning and Regeneration & Renewal.
